MarbleSlab Contest Rules

EACH PRIZE PACK CONTAINS: ONE NINTENDO SWITCH - OLED MODEL SYSTEM, ONE PRINCESS PEACH: SHOWTIME! GAME, AND A $25 MARBLE SLAB CREAMERY GIFT CERTIFICATE.

The rules and regulations are as follows:

1. Eligibility:

  • The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, aged 18 and older, excluding employees, representatives, and agents of Marble Slab Creamery and Nintendo, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members.

2. Entry Period:

  • The contest begins on March 22, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 29 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

3. How to Enter:

  • Entrants must visit a participating Marble Slab Creamery location during the Entry Period.
  • Entrants must purchase a qualifying product (specified by Marble Slab Creamery) to receive a unique entry code supplied by Marble Slab Creamery.
  • Visit the contest website marbleslab.ca/pages/msccontest and follow the instructions to complete the entry form, full name, email address, and phone number.
  • No purchase necessary entry option: Entrants can enter the contest without a purchase by completing the entry form on the contest page located on marbleslab.ca/pages/msccontest and follow the instructions with full name, email address, and phone number. Contact Marble Slab Canada contests@marbleslab.ca for further questions.

4. Prizes:

  • Each winner will receive the following: one (1) Nintendo Switch - OLED Model system (ARV $449.99), one (1) download code for the digital version of the Princess Peach: Showtime! game (ARV $79.99) and one (1) $25.00 CAD Marble Slab Creamery gift card.
  • The total approximate retail value of each prize is $554.98 CAD. Totaling an approximate value of $8,324.70 CAD for the entirety of the contest.

5. Winner Selection:

  • 15 winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
  • Drawings will be conducted within two (2) days after the contest end date.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification of Winners:

  • Potential winners will be notified by email or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing which occurs no later than two (2) days after the contest closes.
  • Winners must respond to the notification within two (2) days to claim their prize.
  • If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the designated time, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
  • The winner(s) will be required to answer a skills test question to be eligible to collect their prize. The question is determined by a randomized pool of math and/or technical questions. Sample question: (14 x 5) - (10 ÷ 4) + 2.

7. General Conditions:

  • All prizes are awarded AS IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
  • All federal, provincial and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • By participating, you release Marble Slab Canada and Nintendo of Canada, their partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or delivery, mis delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitations, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence, warranty or other theory.
  • Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the organization's sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Organizations participating, which are final and binding.
  • This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

8. Privacy:

  • Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the contest website found at marbleslab.ca/pages/privacy-policy.
  • By participating in the contest, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Marble Slab Creamery.

9. Sponsor:

  • This contest is solely sponsored, hosted and owned by Marble Slab Canada.

10. Void Where Prohibited:

  • This contest is void in Quebec and where prohibited.
